Passwords are handled through the application's authentication system. We do not need your plaintext password in order to authenticate your account.

Meeting information

When meetings are created or used, we may process information associated with the meeting, including meeting identifiers, invitation information, host and guest information, meeting status, creation and expiration times, start and finish times, and related operational information.

Guest information

Invited guests may provide a display name before entering a meeting. uMeetMe may also use session identifiers or similar technical information to maintain the one-on-one guest slot and prevent unauthorized participants from entering a meeting.

Live audio and video are made available to the other participant in the meeting and may be accessible through authorized administrative monitoring functionality as described below.

uMeetMe does not require camera or microphone access until functionality requiring those devices is used and the applicable device or browser permission is granted.

5. Administrative Oversight

uMeetMe includes operational capabilities that support security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, service administration, and the ongoing operation and protection of the Service.

In connection with these functions, authorized personnel may, when necessary, access certain information from meetings through the Service infrastructure.
