4. Sexual Exploitation and Non-Consensual Content
You may not use uMeetMe to exploit another person sexually or to facilitate sexual activity involving coercion, threats, trafficking, exploitation, or lack of consent.
Content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited.
Because uMeetMe is restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older, minors may not participate in meetings regardless of parental or guardian permission.
You may not distribute, threaten to distribute, solicit, or otherwise misuse intimate images or recordings without the consent required by applicable law.

Prohibited conduct includes phishing, fraudulent investment or payment requests, identity theft, deceptive solicitations, and attempts to obtain passwords, authentication credentials, financial information, or other sensitive information through deception.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
You must respect the privacy and personal information of other users and meeting participants.
You may not use uMeetMe to obtain, disclose, publish, sell, or misuse another person's private or confidential information without authorization or another lawful basis.
You may not use the Service to expose private information for the purpose of harassment, intimidation, fraud, or other harmful activity.
9. Recording Meetings
uMeetMe does not grant you permission to record another participant.
If you independently record, capture, reproduce, or distribute meeting communications using your device, browser, operating system, external software, or other technology, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
Recording and consent laws vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you and the other participant.
10. Meeting Invitations
Meeting invitation links are intended to provide access to the person invited by the meeting host.
You may not use invitation links to facilitate unauthorized access, spam, harassment, fraud, or other prohibited activity.
Hosts should protect meeting invitation links and share them only with their intended participant.
11. Circumventing Meeting Controls
You may not attempt to bypass or defeat uMeetMe's meeting admission, guest-session, authentication, authorization, meeting-duration, or participant controls.
This includes attempts to occupy another participant's guest slot, reuse credentials or tokens without authorization, enter meetings without permission, or circumvent meeting expiration or termination controls.
12. Security and Service Interference
You may not interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to uMeetMe or systems supporting the Service.
Prohibited activity includes knowingly introducing malicious software, attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, overwhelming the Service with automated requests, bypassing security controls, or accessing administrative functionality without authorization.
You may not probe or test the security of the Service without prior written authorization from Typhon Enterprises LLC.
13. Automated and Abusive Use

These measures may include rate limiting, authentication and authorization controls, meeting access controls, administrative monitoring, logging, and limited participant snapshots as described in the End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy.
